Department of Corrections Board Member Mike Rogers took time to appear with Scott and Bud on the latest edition of the OPEA "Break Room." After a week dedicated to DOC issues, which included a press conference and many on site visits, Rogers spoke of the future of his council and his plans for members in his agency.
