This is just par for the course for private prisons, they do not have to disclose the information that the state facilities are required to and when something happens they just deny, deny, deny...... that only responsibility that they accept is the responsibility to their stockholders and making a profit!!! any way they can...... I hope the officer wins and wins big!!!!
