Join Scott and Mark for a conversation with Dr. Terry Cline, Director of the State Department of Health, on The Break Room! Dr. Cline was Oklahoma's former Secretary of Health and was head of the the state's Mental Health and Substances Abuse Services Department. He left Oklahoma in 2006 to become health attache at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. He returned to Oklahoma in July to head the state Department of Health. Click here for the OPEA Break Room!
