Oklahoman Publishes Editorial on the Condition of State Buildings

OPEA agrees that state properties should be inventoried, buildings and land not in use should be sold or leased, and revenues from this endeavor should go to deferred maintenance on state buildings.  However, some buildings are beyond repair and should be replaced. A moratorium on new construction would leave state employees and services in crumbling buildings even longer.  To read the Daily Oklahoman editorial on this issue click here.
