If you can’t join us at the capitol today, be sure to contact your legislators at lunchtime. Tell your senator to support state employees by passing HB 3293 when it comes up for a vote and let them know how lack of pay raises has impacted you and your coworkers. Then, thank your house member for their support of the bill and let them know we appreciate their continued support of state employee pay throughout the legislative process. After you contact them, be sure to let OPEA know by posting your experience here on our Facebook page. If you are coming to the capitol today, please be at the OPEA office at noon for a debriefing.
