OPEA Policy Director Trish Frazier has prepared an overview of the recently completed legislative session in the 2015 Legislative Report. While disapointing that no progress was made for state employees on the five-year plan to improve compensation, OPEA did continue to educate lawmakers about the need to improve employee compensation and stress to them the importance of making improved pay a top priority in 2016.
