Lydia Hilton (left) was recognized as being the longest tenured OPEA member attending the 2018 OPEA Annual Convention and Delegate Assembly. Lydia has been an active OPEA member since 1982 and has participated in OPEA activities since first joining. She currently chairs the OPEA election board and has served in that capacity for several years.
