Oklahoma is currently one of the hardest-hit states dealing with the H1N1 influenza virus, or the “Swine Flu.” Statistics from the Centers for Disease Control show increasing numbers of cases throughout the nation, and a number of Oklahoma deaths have already been reported.
As a result of the Swine flu and the impending annual flu season, the Office of Personnel Management has issued a memo to all agencies on how to handle outbreaks of flu in the workplace.
