The Office of Management and Enterprise Services Employees Group Insurance Department (EGID) has scheduled meetings across Oklahoma to assist with the annual Option Period
enrollment process. Meetings begin Oct. 31 and run through Dec. 1, 2016 and representatives from the EGID will be on hand to present information about retiree health, dental and vision insurance selection for pre-Medicare and Medicare retirees.If you are or will be eligible for Medicare in 2017, you can attend one of these meetings. It is important to choose a plan during option period that will fit your needs when you become eligible for Medicare. Representatives will present information on the available Medicare supplement plans. Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MA-PD) plan representatives are invited to attend the meetings within their service areas.
At all locations, the meeting for retirees on Medicare are set for 10 a.m. and the meetings for pre-Medicare retirees are at 2 p.m. If you require arrangements for accessibility, you can call EGID member services at 405-717-8780 or toll-free 800-752-9475.
