Craig County DHS Hosts OPEA

Craig County DHS President Jennifer McElheney invited OPEA Membership Representative Reba Turner Robinson to the chapter officer’s session on Education and Training. The meeting was held July 14 at Vinita’s Cowboy Junction.

Robinson presented the history of OPEA from 1975 to present, stressing the sacrifice of time and energy of those who have established an Association with a proud 34-year history.

“While OPEA is still relatively young at 34 years,” Robinson said, “it has consistently worked to protect the interests of state employees and to help make Oklahoma a better place in which to live and work.”

The next meeting will be held July 22.
