El Reno DHS Office Gets First Chance to “Spin to Win”

Prizes were flying out left and right as eight new OPEA members had the chance to “Spin to Win” during a membership meeting July 8 at the Canadian County DHS office.

“This program is a hit,” said OPEA staff member Bud Elder, who, along with Brandon Watkins conducted the meeting. “Some of the first spins won the biggest prizes on the board which included OPEA leather portfolios and a $20 Wal Mart gift card.

First new member to sign was Diane Lippoldt of Okarche.

“Besides the ‘Spin to Win,’ we covered a lot of ground in an hour’s time, covering the potential pay plan for state employees, case management and the four day work week,” Elder said. “We have some very strong members already in place at this facility, now they will only get stronger with the addition of these new members.
