Membership Representative Alicia Wright met recently with employees of the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center to discuss updates and elect new officers of the Cal Hobson Chapter.
The new officers of the chapter are:
President: Don Parker
Vice President: Jeff Dunham
Secretary/Treasurer: Peggy Underwood
Sergeant In Arms I: Hal Pendleton
Sergeant In Arms II: Cooper
Coordinator: James Kroth
Chaplain: LARC Chaplain
“New President Don Parker has already begun to demonstrate excellent leadership skill,” Wright said.
Topics of discussion included Convention, platform proposals, Pre-Paid Legal, DOC’s wanted move to OLERS, and legislative leadership.
Four new members joined OPEA from Lexington: Alicia McBane, Eva Kimble, Veryl Shields and Eric Lee.
